Legal advice regarding contractual rights law domain:

• Elaborating legal opinions;
• Informing the client about imperative law norms;
• Establishing the legal frame for the contractual relation in the phase of project;
• Participation at pre-contractual negotiations;
• Participation at the negotiation of contractual clauses;
• Sanctioning final contractual forms;
• Aspects related to subcontracting;
• Intermediary procedures ;
• Solutions for contract cancellation;
• Procedures regarding the obligation of forced executing obligations;
• Procedures of mediation;
• Procedures involving agreement liability, etc.

Advice regarding labor law:

• Elaborating decisions for level classification and individual labor contracts;
• Elaborating internal regulations and regulations for organization and functioning;
• Elaborating decisions in cases of disciplinary and/or patrimonial liability;
• Elaborating legal opinions for any problem regarding labor law, as well as work conflicts, etc.

External costs (afferent costs of services: ex. Travel expenses, accommodation, lunch, judicial and notary taxes, or other taxes etc.) are not included in the honorarium and will be paid by the beneficiary.

The quantum of honorarium will remain unchanged for the duration of the contract, if not agreed otherwise.

Regarding the obligation of confidentiality on all matters arising from the contractual relationship, we mention that it is unlimited in time in terms of involvement of lawyer liability, associates and staff.

Other technical issues (e.g. legal assistance agreement will be recorded on a standard form issued by the Bucharest Bar) will be discussed if our law office will be designated to conduct its consulting and / or representation.
